How do I even put these amazing Silver Lake couple’s photos into words?! I found Callie + Leo online as their joint account, The LA Couple! When I saw how much fun and color these two welcomed into their lives, I was instantly stoked to work with them! We talked about a list of spots to shoot at around LA, but when we researched this one, I knew it was PERFECT!

Callie + Leo met on a blind date (I know, right?!) a few years ago, and they fell for each other instantly!! Callie even told me that she came home from her date and told her roommate, “I’m going to marry that guy.” Here we are, just a few years later and only 20 days from their wedding! So. freaking. romantic. As they began their relationship, Callie + Leo realized that they wanted to start something creative together that would give them an excuse to hang out more. They did a little research and thought about how fun it would be to start a blog together focused on Los Angeles. They envisioned writing posts about new restaurants or things to do on the weekends to help other LA locals get out and enjoy the city! And…The LA Couple was born.

Just like their online presence, these two beautiful humans are incredibly kind and positive people. They put a lot of good into the world with their gorgeous photos and excited personalities. They love to dance and travel together. They have a wicked sense of style (as you can see plenty of below!). They have two sweet puppies and showed me all the photos of them over brunch! You can tell just from these photos how madly in love they are with each other.

Social media really is such a strange and wonderful opportunity. I have met such incredible people through it! I would never have imagined just a year ago that I would get the chance to work with such fun new friends from a simple little thing like Instagram. Thank you sooo much to these two for an incredibly fun morning adventuring around Silver Lake. I wish them all the best with married life!!! <3
